Welcome to our website. By using our booking services, you agree to comply with and be bound by the following Terms and Conditions. Please read them carefully before making a booking.

1. Booking Policy

When you make a reservation through our website, you agree that all information provided is accurate and complete. After a successful booking, a confirmation voucher will be sent to the email address you provided.

If you do not receive your confirmation email, it is your responsibility to contact our support team immediately.

Failure to arrive for your reservation without cancelling in advance may result in the loss of your booking and any payment made.

2. Payment Terms

By confirming your booking, you authorize us to charge the full amount of the reservation to the debit or credit card provided.

Customers are responsible for ensuring that their payment details are correct and valid at the time of booking.

Any payment-related disputes must be reported to our support team within 24 hours of the transaction.

3. Cancellation & Refund Policy

Bookings may be cancelled subject to the following conditions:

  • Cancellations made more than 48 hours before the scheduled parking time are eligible for a refund.
  • Approved refunds will be subject to an administrative fee of £15.00.
  • Cancellations made within 48 hours of the booking time will not be eligible for a refund.
  • Promotional offers, discounted bookings, and special rates are non-refundable.

4. Our Role

We operate as an agent for third-party car park providers and do not directly manage the car park operations.

However, we accept responsibility for any proven booking processing errors or negligence on our part. Any such claims must be reported before the vehicle leaves the car park.

5. Vehicle Responsibility

Customers must inspect their vehicle carefully when collecting it from the car park.

Any damages or concerns must be reported immediately before leaving the airport or parking facility. Once the vehicle leaves the premises, no claims can be accepted.

The car park operator may be responsible for any proven negligence occurring during the parking period.

6. Limitation of Liability

We are not responsible for the following:

  • Mechanical or electrical faults in the vehicle
  • Damage to tyres, trims, wheels, or windscreen
  • Existing rust, corrosion, or paint deterioration
  • Minor scratches, dents, or marks not visible under certain lighting conditions
  • Damage caused by weather conditions or natural events
  • Loss or damage to personal belongings left inside the vehicle

Customers are strongly advised to remove all valuables before handing over the vehicle.

7. Vehicle Requirements

All vehicles must comply with legal requirements, including being fully taxed and roadworthy under the Road Traffic Act.

We reserve the right to refuse vehicles that do not meet these requirements. In such cases, no refund will be issued.

8. Vehicle Keys & Operation

Customers must provide correct vehicle keys and any necessary instructions required to operate the vehicle.

We are not responsible for issues caused by faulty keys, alarm systems, or incorrect instructions provided by the customer.

9. Complaints Procedure

If you experience any issues with our service, complaints must be submitted in writing within 24 hours of returning to the UK.

We aim to respond to all complaints within 5 business days.

Claims related to vehicle damage must be reported before leaving the car park or terminal area.

10. Data Protection

We respect your privacy and comply with applicable data protection laws including GDPR.

Personal information collected during the booking process may include:

  • Name
  • Email address
  • Vehicle details
  • Contact number
  • Payment information

This data is used only for booking management, payment processing, and customer support.

Your information will never be sold or shared with third parties except where necessary to provide the service.

Payment transactions are processed securely through third-party payment gateways, and we do not store debit or credit card details.

11. Force Majeure

We are not liable for delays or service disruptions caused by events beyond our control, including but not limited to:

  • Severe weather conditions
  • Airport operational issues
  • Traffic disruptions
  • Natural disasters

12. Governing Law

These Terms and Conditions are governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws of the United Kingdom.

Any disputes arising from these terms will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
