Return & Refund Policy

Our refund policy is designed to ensure transparency and fairness for all customers. Please review the following terms before requesting a refund.

1. Eligibility for Refunds
Refunds are only available for bookings that are canceled in accordance with our cancellation policy and within the required notice period.

2. Non-Refundable Fees
Certain charges are strictly non-refundable. These may include booking fees, SMS notification charges, and optional cancellation protection services.

3. Flexible Bookings
If a flexible booking is canceled more than 48 hours before the scheduled parking start time, a refund will be issued after deducting an administrative fee of £15.00.

4. Non-Flexible Bookings
Bookings made under non-flexible or special promotional rates are strictly non-refundable and cannot be canceled.

5. Unused Parking Time
Refunds will not be provided for any unused portion of a booking, even if the vehicle is collected earlier than the reserved departure time.

6. Refund Processing Time
Once a cancellation is confirmed and the refund is approved, the amount will typically be processed within 7–10 business days and returned to the original payment method.

7. Promotional Offers
Some discounted or promotional bookings may be non-refundable. These conditions will be clearly displayed at the time of booking.

8. Late Cancellations
Cancellations made less than 48 hours before the booking start time are not eligible for a refund.

9. Reinstated Bookings
If a booking is canceled and later reinstated, any subsequent cancellation may not qualify for a refund.

10. Refund Assistance
For any questions or disputes related to refunds, customers should contact our customer support team and provide their booking reference number for assistance.

Return & Amendment Policy

This policy explains how customers can modify or manage their parking reservations.

1. Booking Amendments
Changes to arrival or departure dates must be requested at least 24 hours before the scheduled arrival time. If changes are requested on the day of drop-off or within 24 hours of arrival, the booking will become non-refundable.

2. How to Request Changes
All booking changes must be requested through our customer support team and must include the booking reference number.

3. Unused Services
No refunds will be issued for unused parking time if the vehicle is collected earlier than the booked return time.

4. Rescheduling Bookings
If you need to reschedule your reservation, please contact us at least 48 hours before your scheduled arrival to avoid losing your booking payment.

5. Promotional or Non-Flexible Rates
Bookings made under certain promotional rates or non-flexible packages cannot be canceled, amended, or refunded.

6. Cancellation Requests
All cancellations must be processed through our support team during normal office hours. Refunds will be handled according to the cancellation policy and may be subject to applicable fees.

7. No-Show Policy
If a customer fails to arrive for their booking and does not cancel in advance, the reservation will be treated as a no-show, and no refund will be issued.

8. Exceptional Circumstances
Refund requests due to unforeseen situations such as medical emergencies may be reviewed at the company’s discretion; however, approval is not guaranteed.

9. Administrative Fees
Cancellations or amendments may be subject to an administrative fee of £15.00, as stated in the booking terms.

10. Refund Completion
Once a refund request is approved, the payment will be returned to the original payment method within 7–10 business days.
